Actually, we’ve got no beef with the dude, but it seems like Justin Timberlake is going to be everywhere this summer, or more accurately, in two movies within two months.
First up, he’s got “Bad Teacher” opposite a foul mouthed Cameron Diaz who will try to reform her ways and care about her job to win over the heart (and money) of his character, Scott Delacorte, a watch company heir/teacher. Okay, so it’s basically “Bad Santa” with a job and gender switch but it looks pretty fun, so we’ll check it out. After that, he’s got “Friends With Benefits” with Mila Kunis where, as the title suggests, he plays one of the friends in a fuck buddy relationship who has to deal with (hilarious) feelings. Coming from Will Gluck, the director of “Easy A,” we’ll be giving that one whirl too.
Anyway, a clip and a promo thingy for each movie has arrived and they are very mildly amusing, which leaves us thinking (and hoping) the good stuff is being saved for the movies. Right? “Bad Teacher” opens on June 24th, followed a month later by “Friends With Benefits” on July 22nd. Check ’em out below. [second clip via RopeOfSilicon]
