Well, this has to be one of the most aggravating sneak peeks in a while. Five different clips, none longer than ten seconds, have dropped online each with a brief orgasm of random shots of shit blowing up real good in Zack Snyder‘s forthcoming wet dream, “Sucker Punch.”
To refresh your memory, the film stars Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Abbie Cornish, Carla Gugino, Jon Hamm, Scott Glenn and Oscar Isaac and centers on a girl who enters an alternate reality with her friends and begins planning an escape from a mental institution where she was put by her evil stepfather who intends to have her lobotomized in five days. From there robots, dragons, airplanes, WWI battlefields and schoolboy fantasies all come into play as the quintet of girls kick ass in a CGI-filled landscape. We’re not really doing this thing justice and you might just be better off checking out the totally loony trailer.
